We were looking to make a statement with our entry door, and Art Factory delivered for us. The team was very responsive as we worked through the design and pricing phase. The door took a few months to be made and delivered, but it was worth the wait. Installation of the door happens this week and can't wait to see it in place.

Seven months of gone by and I still don't have my door They have continued to change deadlines and refused to give me pictures of the progress Shipping is costing far more than originally quoted

Overall amazing custom made product and great experience, there were a couple hiccups along the way but everyone was very helpful and was able to keep me updated! My designer was amazingly helpful and took all my ideas and came up with something that had been stuck in my head for years and was able to bring it to life! Very satisfied customer!

From start to finish this was an amazing experience about a couple months ago.. yes it can take sometime for custom made items, i learned! but it was exactly what i wanted when i first started this whole process, the designers were great i could call in and talk to them whenever I had any type of question! I LOVE our custom door handles! Will definitely use them again!

best decision I ever made love the doors and furniture and my restored visible gas pump . took longer than I was thinking it would but worth the waite.
