Bad job through and through. Cut our island coutertop so out of square that if you put a straight edge on the island, the straight edge veers more than 3" 'off center' in five feet. Could not even cut a square piece for a small custom 18"x21" base cabinet. The top sits 19.75" on one end and 20.25" on the other. Where there should be a 'straight line' viually from the edge of the island counter to the end of the small base cabinet, there is a visible 'sloping'. Badly cut countertop next to fridge was so out of square that the granite left a 1/4" gap towards the back and cuts /into/ our fridge by 1/8" on the front. This was a $2500 fridge that just got a dent on the side and which can never be extracted without further damage. All these measurements should have been taken to exact proportions, but they couldn't even cut a small section square, let alone larger pieces. Atlantis wanted to 'talk things over' the phone but when I said I wanted a written trail of our communications, they ignored us. We will be filing complaints with the public authorities to recover damages, among which is what got done to our fridge.

Everyone at Atlantis is extremely professional. They did an exceptional job on my countertops and their pricing is excellent. Rosana is wonderful to work with and gets back to you in a timely fashion. They indeed did fabricate and install within 5-7 business days of my approving the granite as promised. I can’t recommend this company highly enough, they are outstanding in all regards.

Excellent work. Daniel Took his time to explain to me about the different materials and what to expect to happen after I select a color for my kitchen counter.The crew took away my old counters and installed my new countertops did a great job with the installation and clean up. Rosanna is quick to respond, assisted in selecting color choices that match my vision and budget, they were very affordable in comparison to other companies in the area and installation was flawless. I plan to continue to use Atlantis on all of my projects. I especially appreciate the ability to go to the warehouse to hand pick my exact slab of granite or quartz to ensure that the colors and markings match perfectly and meet my expectations. When I was ready for new countertops...I already knew exactly what brand and style I wanted...I just need the best installer and price possible. I started out by getting quotes in my area and found Atlantis to be lowest price with best reviews, so I chose to work with them. The reviews were accurate and I am happy with my new countertops. Atlantis came in to do templates within 2 days of me calling and installed the same week they recieved my slabs and deposit. They allowed me to stop by and talk about where to cut the templates on each slab so I felt comfortable with the look. The result looks great!

Excellent Company. Great product, great customer service and best part was the price. Rosana was beyond amazing and we even did most of our communication through email.
