Atrium Hardwood

From the first meeting through to the completion of the project, dealing with Gordon at Atrium was a real pleasure. We started with a vague idea of what we wanted, and then Gordon added some really creative suggestions, working with us until we were all really happy with the design and ready to go ahead. The team from Atrium were great guys, very professional, extremely talented, polite and fun to have around. They always arrived when they said they would, and worked incredibly hard so that the project was finished on time. Their attention to detail was excellent, and they took a real pride in the very high standard of their work. The whole experience was exciting and enjoyable and we were totally relaxed and confident throughout. Gordon was always available to answer queries and discuss options during the building process. We are absolutely delighted with the finished building, and would have no hesitation in highly recommending Gordon and his team at Atrium for a first class, high quality service.

We commissioned Atrium to design and fit be-spoke skirting boards and architrave, and they delivered a beautiful finished product. We have also commissioned them on previous occasions to replace existing sash windows with new hard wood, double glazed replacements finished in a colour to our specification with the same high standard of workmanship.

I found all workmen contractors and employees to be polite, courteous as well as being experts in there field. The quality of work was exemplary. As were the materials used. They kept to time throughout the contract. Nothing was to much trouble. They brought the building from start to finish in on time and on budget. With no extras. After sales service, one small snag that showed up a month after completion was dealt with and resolved the next day. All in all it has been a pleasurable experience. Thank you Atrium.
