Avid was hired to install a couple of tvs and a Sound system. More expensive than estimated. Installed equipment before checking that it functioned properly. And failed to inform me. Wires were not tacked. A rats nest of wiring was left behind furniture with no labelling. Did not follow up as promised on a hard drive unit that they couldn’t integrated. Given opportunity, did not follow up to correct problems.

Chandlers company Avid has performed A/V services (flat screen TV mounts and speaker setups (indoor/outdoor), receivers, DirecTV boxes, wifi and network cabling., complete theater setups.....). Found Chandler and Julian to be very professional, always on time and knowledgeable. They have worked for me personally and for my business MKAssociates for the past 5 + years. Highly reccommend.

Avid installed an outdoor speaker system around our pool. It included 13 speakers with an amplification system that was interfaced with our Sonus system. Avid did an outstanding job at a very competitive price. I would highly recommend them for a similar project.

AVID installed audio/visual equipment for us consisting of TV and sound system support. Sound system work was both inside and outside. They are diligent, very dependable and very patient with novice users like me.

Chandler and Julian did an excellent job installing a whole house audio system. Our house was built in the 60's and remodeled within the past two years creating a number of challenges in terms of where to position speakers, run wires, etc. Chandler and Julian did a great job troubleshooting and took the time to install a high quality and well-designed system that looks and performs great. Avid Resources is a wonderful find for anyone who wants to integrate their audio visual systems throughout their home or office. Chandler and Julian are professional, up to date on the latest technology and able to explain it to laymen like me. They have done one project for me in a new home where they were able to suggest the design from start to finish and the results are spectacular. They had great ideas and suggestions and were willing and able to work within my budget. They are currently working on another project where they are upgrading an existing system that was originally designed by another company. I am looking forward to using the "new improved" simple and elegant solution that they have proposed.
