Liz was very professional and extremely helpful. We are not from AZ and were only in town for a short time to get my parent's house on the market. I have used Liz at Renaissance Home Staging twice now this year. I was very nervous at first beginning to use her without a referral, just found her online. I can tell you she is wonderful. She is professional, organized, fast and responsible with her task. She made both homes beautiful and elegant in about 7-10 days time.(depending the furniture delivery schedule) We had contracts within 30 days. Both sellers were happy, and she did it with a limited budget. I had realtors complimenting the design and the selling realtor in one home commented that this home sold due to the staging. The furniture rental is most of the staging expense, which she organizes with a seperate company who you pay directly. For her expertise in design and all the extras she puts in with decorations I feel she is very reasonable and fair with her pricing. As a realtor we tend to drop pricing on a home 2-4,000 without thinking twice, when adding warm beautiful decorative touches does so much more, It is stressful to add this expense to your seller if it does not sell, so my recommendation is make sure your home is priced where it should be and staging will do the rest. It has worked for me and I am greatful and extremely satisfied with Liz at Renasissance Staging for all her hard work and excellent designing ability.
