I had an ADU (725 sq ft apartment-above, oversized 2 car garage-below) built by Ball Design Build this year. I really can't say enough good things about Nate and how he made the whole project easy. His work quality is top notch. The entire process was extremely well organized. He was present at every stage of the build, always available, and communicated every step. His estimate was right on with the final number. He always showed up as scheduled and met progress goals on time as well. The site was always kept clean. A true professional, top notch quality work, fair cost.

This group has been a pleasure to work with, professional in every way from site prep to finish carpentry and lighting for my new home. The crews involved are local, with reputations to uphold in the community, and they have done an excellent job. I was able to make changes in the layout of my house to fit my needs, and extra effort was made to provide porch columns I liked. I love my new "home to age in" and highly recommend Ball Design-Build.

This spring we did a complete and extensive kitchen remodel that included a complete gutting of the kitchen, removing a wall to expand the kitchen into the unused dining room, and enlarging and moving a picture window. Our general contractor, Nate Ball (http://balldesignbuild.com) did a fantastic and professional job from start to finish. Just a few of the many things Nate and his crew did to make the process easy included - Starting the project on the data agreed upon and having someone on sight every day making substantial progress every day. The construction also finished a few days ahead of schedule - Making sure the construction site was clean with tools and equipment neatly paced in a corner of a room at the end of every day. In addition the site was appropriately trapped off so the rest of the house did not get dusty / dirty during the construction. - Staying on budget and not cutting any corners and a great attention to details. For example: we had a slide out cabinet from the manufacture that made a small squeaked when you closed the door. Nate tried several solution/options until he found a small pad from the manufacture that was not 100% secured properly in cabinet and this ultimately solve the issue. - All of the sub-contractors (Electrical, Plumbing etc.) were also very professional and carried over the same attention to details. I would highly recommend Nate Ball to anyone who is looking to do a kitchen remodeling or needs any type of general construction work done on their home. We are in fact going to have Nate come back and do some work on our basement in the near future. Thanks
