Tom and his crew did a great job at a fair price. Tom was very helpful and knowledgeable about what we wanted for carpet. Because Tom works with a wholesaler directly, we had a lot more options for carpeting (colors and styles) vs a big box store. We got a much better install than we did with lowes 10 years ago as well. Additionally, the jobsite was left clean and the installers were polite and respectable.

Tom was very easy to work with and the finished product is exceptional. I'd highly recommend Tom for any flooring project.

We highly recommend Tom Becker, and are happy and grateful for his help with our full house re-carpeting! We just moved, and wanted to entirely replace the carpet at the new house. I am a bit if a quality freak, pertaining to the carpet quality itself, and importantly the installation—this was primarily due to a poor installation we had from another vendor a couple years ago… I researched installers, and Tom had great reviews, so we reached out to him for advice and a bid. Tom couldn’t have been nicer, and it was very clear he knew what he was talking about. He came out to the house, took measurements and discussed various options, trade offs between different brands and materials, pads, etc., including what would be needed to accommodate the in-floor heat, how seams would look and perform across different carpet materials, etc. This process was thorough, and really hi-lighted Tom’s decades of experience Importantly, Tom listened to what was important to us, did his homework and provided some guidance — I genuinely felt that the carpet selection guidance was unbiased, and based on facts and his experiences with different materials and installations…this gave us a lot of confidence, which we needed! Tom was patient with our selection process, and a great sounding board when choosing various brands and materials. This included some coaching on color, materials, longevity, installation factors, etc. We felt much more informed, and more confident about the carpet we decided on. re: Instalation Tom brought in two exceptional installers — Johnny and Mikey (incredibly nice, and very considerate/tidy…real high-end pros) — and he walked through the installation with them prior to getting started It was very evident that we were in good hands — I try not to hover, but am always interested/curious how things are done…Johnny and Mikey were clearly expert installers, workmanship was exceptional and we couldn’t be happier with the flawless job they did Tom checked in throughout the installation, and was very deliberate in the final inspection making sure that he and we were satisfied with the carpet and the installation I honestly am a stickler on doing things right, and am so happy with the way that this process went, from the help with selection to the quality of the materials, and of course the perfect installation — We are very happy, and I can’t say enough how strongly I recommend Tom Becker. Tom and the installer, Tim, did an awesome tile job on our laundry and entry floor. Communication with Tom was very good throughout the project and Tim takes pride in a job well done. The floor looks great! I would not hesitate to use them again.

Tom helped organize contractor to install new flooring, lvp and carpet, into my mother in laws condo unit. He is professional and prompt. Works hard to earn your business and is willing to work with you to get your desired outcome. I would recommend him and use him in the future.

Tom and his group did a wonderful job. First, Tom was willing to accommodate our schedules to meet up for floor samples and consultations. Once we decided on the scope of the project, he was quick to get materials on order. The crew was in and out in no time, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Both the new carpet upstairs and the vinyl for the basement look amazing with beautiful transitions between rooms and new trim for the baseboards. The workers were timely, very polite and very efficient. The work was completed when promised and the room was thoroughly cleaned before they left.

We have worked with Tom on a number of projects. He listens to what the goals are and makes the process easy. After visiting the project location he will have ideas for what product and color will work best for the space and budget. Picking flooring can be overwhelming but when someone can narrow down the options from what you have mentioned it becomes very easy and quick.

Tom Becker Carpets I would recommend them Highly. There price was very reasonable and very easy to work with. I had a duct cleaning going to be done and he called his carpet techs and got my carpet in before the duct cleaning was done. That impressed me and showed that he cared. Donny & Mike took out my old carpets & padding. They cleaned up my floor and took out the staples before putting in the new padding & carpets, and even Vacuumed the new carpeting. I was very impressed to see that they cared about what they do! The guys were very knowledgeable about there craft and nice to work with!!!

Tom provided excellent guidance when we needed to replace the carpet in our mother's condo and recommended a style that was both beautiful and practical for wheelchair use. There was a production error which delayed the carpet delivery, but Tom kept us up to date on everything. I had a great experience using Becker Carpet and Flooring for our new carpet. Jeff was responsive and kept us up to date on the process. He was out to our house the same day as our initial contact to get measurements. The installation was scheduled exceptionally fast, 7 business days after the measurement, something no other company I approached was able to do. 3-5 weeks was the standard response. The installers, Johnny and Mike, were polite and efficient. They had to work around two people working from home and a very curious dog, but did it without a hitch. They wore face masks the entire time they were here, which was greatly appreciated during this pandemic. On top of that, the quality of the install is superb. Something I appreciated that should not be overlooked, there was very little wasted material. Jeff got the measurements right and ordered exactly the amount we needed and no more. His accuracy and the skill of the installers to avoid mistakes made sure I didn't have to spend any money on extra carpet that we didn't need.

We hired Becker Carpet and Flooring to remove our carpet in our living room and extend our hardwood floor from the kitchen space into the living room. They gave a complete quote, stuck to the quote, started the job in a timely manner and finished in just a few days. The floor blended into our existing floor perfectly. I had previously used Becker Carpet for my upstairs so when it was time to update the lower level, I called them again. After telling Jeff what I was looking for, he stopped by within a couple of days with samples and I picked out what I wanted. I told him I needed a couple of weeks before the install because I was having other work done which I wanted finished first. After a couple of mutual reschedules, the work was completed by 2 great installers. Very happy with the carpet!

Needed new flooring due to water damage. Jeff was very helpful in assisting us in choosing waterproof tile for part of the floor, and also rubber matting for a gym area. I was concerned that should we decide to sell our home, new buyers might not like the matting so Jeff suggested we could purchase additional tile that could be easily installed should that issue arise. Tim was our installer who did beautiful work. Overall, a great experience.

This company is wonderful. The salesman who came to my home, helped me select the right carpet for my family needs .Tom was very knowledgeable and not pushy. The installers (Johnny and Mike ) brought a great attitude to work each day.(The project was a two day job.) They were so polite and answered all of my questions as the project was going along. Their clean-up after the work was spotless and very profesional. Request Johnny and Mike helped remove a great deal of the stress, associated with such a huge project. The installers were on time and finished the work on time. I had the upstairs(3 rooms) and downstairs (5 rooms plus a hallway completed. Removed of the old carpet, and installation of the new carpet was completed with such care and consideration for the family. My home looks and feels wonderful.!!!! Jeff and Tim did an incredible job on replacing my carpet with luxury vinyl planking, and at a much better cost than the competition. They were both very professional, they stuck to their planned schedule, and are truly masters at their craft. After they left, a couple pieces of shoe molding started to come up, and Tim came right back to fix it. Also, not sure how they work on other jobs, but they were the ones actually doing the work themselves – no random subcontractors. Couldn’t be happier with my new flooring!

We had wonderful experiences with Becker Carpet and Flooring. We had them put in a hardwood floor and replace carpeting throughout the whole house. Our carpet installers were great to have around. They were friendly, outgoing, and literally "whistled while they worked." I would recommend this company to anyone--great customer service and I'm very happy with the finished products.

Becker Carpet replaced our wood floors back in Oct 2018. We were always on the fence about replacing our floors so we always shopping around for the best deal with the best customer review. Becker by far had the best reviews on Angie’s list and it was worth exploring. From our first communication Jeff had open and honest communication with us. The day of delivery the installers were a few hours late. I had called Jeff asking for updates and once Jeff figured out what was the root cause of the delay, he called my wife and explained the situation. Because they started late the installers stayed late and an extra day to make sure they completed the work in a timely manner. They worked around our schedule and availability. Becker Carpet is a local home grown business with those morals and values. You cannot go wrong working wit them.
