I am a bricklayer by trade & have recently started a new self build 5 bed detached house on a plot previously home to a much smaller dilapidated 3 bed house. After showing numerous architects some sketches, an idea of what we wanted, we were told this would be unachievable & would have to go for a much smaller house as the plot was overlooked by a neighbouring property. Bentley planning & project management on the other hand felt with some alterations, gaining planning consent should not be an issue. A short time later after some discussions with the planning department we gained planning consent for a house slightly larger than we had first hoped for. I would highly recommend Bentley planning and project management.

Mark did us the drawings for an extension, was very understanding when we totally changed our minds, and did us a new set of drawings and structural calcs for a totally different scheme. He's professional, knowledgable and I'd highly recommend him.
