I was awarded the project to style a modern batchelors home in Shepherds Bush. Having seen MHS work elsewhere we immediately reached out and asked them to do the bathrooms and kitchen. The results were absolutely spectacular. The client was and is absolutely thrilled with the outcome. MHS were great to work with. Utterly professional, they finished the work on time and on budget, communication throughout was exemplary.

Rob and his team at Modern Home Solutions have carried out installations for us on two projects now. They provide detailed advice, they know their products and the correct way to use them borne out of years of experience. There are many contractors who claim to have experience of micro cement application, but MHS understand the critical importance of the right preparation, the use of the best products and the need for the highest standard of workmanship. Their professionalism, careful attention to detail and a desire to do the best job possible is admirable. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I found MHS on Houzz back in 2014 and hired them for a job in South Devon after the initial, more local, contractor let me and the builder down massively. I couldn't be happier with this turn of events, and I believe that the quality of the work and the level of service given by Rob and his team actually ended up much much higher than that of the original contractor. The colours proposed by MHS are absolutely beautiful, and the finish flawless. Rob and the team worked tirelessly and were extremely polite and friendly. Quoting is incredibly simple and thorough and the team adapt to any last minute need for flexibility. I have recommended Modern Home Solutions to several clients - a few of which have ended up appointing them - and will continue to do so for projects needing beautiful, seamless finishes.

Modern Home Solutions supplied the whole ground floor to our 17th Century Barn plus 3 ensuite bathrooms of walk-in showers and complete basin and vanity units all out of Beton Cire. Their professionalism, perfectionism and cheerful demeanour made them a pleasure to work with and, given the scale and difficulty of the works, they are unexpectedly good value for money. I couldn't recommend them more highly and Robert's pride in his craftsmanship was a pleasure to observe.

We could not be happier with our new Beton Cire kitchen floor! It has all af the wow factor of polished concrete but it's much softer on and, thanks to our new underfoor heating, warmer on our feet... We love it and won't ever consider tiling another room again! Rob and Agnes were both delightful to deal with and Rob willingly worked some pretty unsociable hours in order to finish the project on time. Top marks... Will use again!!

Rapid installation service, very friendly on site (and also very helpful in co-ordinating with other trades also working in the area). 6. Nous avons utilise les services de Moderne Home Solutions pour faire notre nouvelle salle de bain. Nous avons installe une douche plein pied avec beton cire au sol et aux murs. Rob est tres pointilleux et tres attentionne. Le resultat est tres propre, sans aucun join aux jonctions des murs et du sol. Beton cire est la solution parfaite si vous ne voulez pas utiliser de bac a douche pour former la pente. Faites bien en sorte que Rob communique avec votre maitre d'oeuvre pour la preparation des travaux! On va reutilise Rob pour renover notre ancienne salle de bain.

Cream & Black worked with Modern Home Solutions on our most recent residential project in worcestershire, to install micro concrete kitchen work top, floor, bathroom wall and floor and fireplace surround. It was the first time working with modern home solutions, we were very pleased with Robert's work on site and the finished result is great! his attention to detail was noted by our main contractor who was very pleased with the work. we will post the photos after the photo shoot so you can see the final results too!

We recently had a kitchen worktop installed by the team and are delighted by the results. Robert was hugely professional and worked seamlessly with other tradesmen on a busy site. Would highly recommend for a worktop that stands out from the crowd!

I couldn't recommend this company enough, they are just brilliant! very good customer service, excellent service and Rob is so professional: clean. polite and he knows what he is doing! my bathroom is completely transformed, I am so pleased with the result. He mixed concrete in my corridor, yet you couldn't tell he was there! the best thing is that he finished one day early and the result is fabulous! The price was right and the service was perfect. Beton cire is a difficult product to find in the UK: if you want a good and rightly priced job, you should definitely go with Modern Home Solutions!
