What an incredible Company from start to finish.. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, clean and punctual. We had several contractors come out but we went with Better Living Custom Kitchens and Baths. Their estimator came out to our home and talked to us about our ideas. Kyle used our ideas and expanded on them. We had a load bearing wall that I never thought we would never be able to get rid of but it was no problem for them. Kyle showed us Better Livings custom cabinets that were a heck of a lot better then any cabinet other cabinets we were shown to us. I met with Danielle the next day after work and she already had a rough rendering to present to us. With a few emails back and forth the design we came up with was perfect. Since they work a lot within Barrington the process of getting permits was fast. They started our project within a few day... They came in with a professional packing crew and packed up all of our belongings and boxed them up. They put plastic room protection up with a short hip high wall splitting the work area and living area since we have dogs. I thought for sure they would kick up a lot of dirt and dust but they used some type of air filter and the plastic and I can truly say ...VERY LITTLE TO NO DIRT OR DUST and they cleaned up their work area spotless every day. All the trades such as electrician, plumber, drywallers were very professional. Our cabinets came out in 3 weeks and by our surprise we had the same Amish men that built our cabinets come out and install them . WOW!!! the quality and craftsmanship that went into our cabinets blew our minds .. they arrived at 7am and finished installing them all and all of our matching crown molding 5:30 pm and you cant see a seam anywhere. The countertops guys came and measured the next day, As they finished the rest of the stuff that needed to be done the countertops came out 4 days later to be installed. I don't know how they did everything so quickly to such perfection but I guess when you have professionals come in that know what they are doing it really comes together Amazingly .... We cant be more happy with our new beautiful Kitchen and I highly recommend this company to anyone that wants work done on their home Great Work Guys !!! Scott and Ashley

We were very happy with the Master Bath remodel. We called and Jeffrey came right out. We were impressed with the quality of work from them and love the new shower. We thought at first to redo the bathtub and shower but we went with just a large shower, We LOVE It. We will have them come out and redo the kitchen when we are ready. Definitely will recommend them.

We needed to redo our upstairs master bathroom in our home . We called Better Living LTD. and they responded right away to our inquiry . We initially thought of just replacing the tub and toilet and adding in new tile . But with Jeff's help and extensive knowledge we now have a spa look to the entire room !!!! His designer is up to date with the newest styles and looks without the outlandish price of other contractors. The customer service is great and the products that were used are AMAZING!!! Staff is courteous and Professional and Jeff was there every step of the way . They also met the deadline that I needed. I am very pleased and highly recommend Better Living LTD. to do your remodel !!

I worked with Better Living about 6 months ago on a Kitchen remodeling project where we removed a wall between the kitchen and the Dining room and expanded our kitchen 3x the size. Jeff and his team of designers worked very hard and succeeded to meet all of our requirements during the design process. I know I was a difficult client with lots of demands but Jeff and his team remained professional the entire time. One of my fears was the amount of dirt and dust was going to be everywhere but the crew working on my home did their very best in putting up plastic up with zippers to keep dust in the work area but allowing full access to their areas. I must say I was very please with the cleanliness of my project. The project manager Kyle was very informative and knowledgeable and kept my project on track. I was very thankful for him pointing out several issues such as the lack of insulation that we had attic and Electrical wires that were unsafe that was installed by the previous homeowners. Yes this did increase the price unexpectedly but felt that it was very important to take care of these issues during the construction instead of waiting to a later date. Our kitchen came out absolutely beautiful and couldn't ask for anything more. The quality and craftsmanship that went into our job is definitely the best I have ever experienced. Even our good friend which is a contractor was impressed with the quality. Thank you Jeff and all of your staff for your patience and providing us a beautiful dream come true kitchen.
