I ordered over $4,000.00 worth of furniture. Took several months for delivery which is acceptable during the Pandemic. Once I accepted and paid for it and after I really had an opportunity to examine it closely I noticed creases in the seating of the sofa. I am convinced this is the floor model , used item. Now, every time I look at it, I feel disgusted, sick to my stomach, lied to, and taken. I called the store with the item number and name to see if this sofa was still on the floor. The person I spoke with told me it was not. Then I expressed my concern that they sent ME the floor model. Now of course it's their word against mine. Did'nt even offer to come out to see what my concern is or ask me to send pictures. They say the right thing to get you in the store but are anything but honorable. If I had to do it over, instead of being trusting, I wouldn't have accepted this sofa. I have other furniture needs and will never purchase from them again. Totally unacceptable. Buyer beware.
