Listening carefully to the client's needs, then developing a well thought out design solution, that looks great, is what I do best. Please explore the portfolio of new houses, additions, custom kitchen renovations and Bathroom projects. I understand that designing, remodeling, or adding onto your home requires an investment of time and money. I respect that investment. I make a point to speak with you about scope and budget throughout your project. I have been designing Home additions and renovations for clients since 1998. Most projects have been in Westchester County, New York.

Absolutely love our new kitchen! Paul was extremely patient and attentive and was able to address all of our questions and concerns. While we had a very specific idea of what we wanted, we had a hard time trying to find a way to make it work practically, and Paul was able to keep in mind what we were envisioning while also coming up with practical ways and ideas to make it come to life. Paul did an amazing job. Paul, we are grateful for your talented service. thank you!

Paul redesigned the entire flow of our main level. He focused on how we had wanted to utilize each space. He came up with a floor plan that we never considered and we are thrilled with the results.

Paul helped us transform an ordinary colonial house in Westchester NY with dark interiors into a bright & spacious kitchen and living area. He had many good suggestions and provided guidance along the way for fixtures, General Contractor selection, etc. He also outlined the entire renovation process and helped us stay within our budget. He was very responsive to some changes and questions towards the end of the project.

Paul designed my 500 Sq foot kitchen addition as well as redesigning the entire flow of the first floor. He provided several alternative layouts, all of which greatly changed the feel of the house. He worked closely with me and my general contractor on design and budget. He was a pleasure to work with and I am thrilled with my transformed house!!

I have worked with Paul as our architect on 4 major renovations to our home in Westchester New York over the past 14 years. He has a wonderful design sense, is attentive to detail, and flexible so as to make sure he listens to and carries out his clients vision. He also has served as the project manager overseeing all aspects of the construction . I highly recommend him.

In 2008 Paul designed an upstairs addition for our quirky antique farmhouse. We were concerned about maintaining the charm and scale of the house, spoke to other architects and contractors with various ideas but Paul was the right guy for the challenge. He listened to us, understood our design aesthetic and thought outside the box to come up with a clever and unique solution. We got the bedroom we needed, a play area and an upstairs laundry room as a bonus! He has a great eye for detail and the new space blends seamlessly with the old--it's hard to tell it is a new addition. A few years later we hired Paul to design a large yard storage shed. Once again, he created a lovely structure that works in harmony with the house and garden. We couldn't have been more pleased with his work. Paul has a calm and professional demeanor, is responsive, talented and easy to deal with.

I worked with Paul Bialowas on several remodel projects.He has the ability to analyze his clients needs and come up with a unique design that is practical,innovative, eco-friendly and cost efficient. From a contractors perspective Paul is always willing to problem solve as the need arises and even redesign where necessary to facilitate the unforeseen circumstances that accompany working in older homes.
