Bicycle Glass Co.

The glass is pretty, but we had problems with the hardware, instructions and customer service. Apparently, if you order pendant lights with the "bronze" hardware, the brown cord is thicker than their other hanging cords. So much so, it is impossible to get them threaded in through the hang-straights without using some sort of lube - and even then, it is nearly impossible. This is apparently known by the Bicycle Glass personnel, but it is not communicated up front. (And there doesn't seem to be any effort to find different cord that works with bronze and fits through the hang-straights better?) After many hours and electrical personnel trying to use the hang-straights unsuccessfully, we contacted Bicycle Glass. We were told on 12/2/2020 that it only requires a little wiggle to get the cord through the hang-straights. Not so. We contacted Bicycle Glass again and asked for a video showing them doing it. They sent us a video where they easily threaded a completely different, thinner wire through the hang-straight. :-( Not at all useful since we had the thicker brown cords. Had to contact Bicycle Glass again, and THEN we were finally told that only with a lot of lube and effort would we be able to get the cord through the hang straights. :-( By this time we had to return our lift and gave up on the hang straights. I purchased SIXTEEN pendant lights and am told my warranty is voided because we did not use the hang straights. AND, I have lights that hang a little odd because they are not using the hang straights. Not happy...

I haven't even received my lights yet because I just ordered today but already this company has outstanding customer service. Great people! I can't wait for my lights to come!

I had been looking for pendant lights for my kitchen for 5 years. I found the perfect pendants on Houzz. I ordered them and received them, but didn't put them up for 4 months. I absolutely love them. After they were up I discovered one was defective. David called me personally and said he was sending me another pendant even though the return policy had expired. The customer service was outstanding and I totally recommend this company.

These pendent lights absolutely make our kitchen. We ordered directly from Bicycle Glass and initially could not get the large pendant for over the table to hang level. Their customer service was amazing. David Royce contacted me and said he would send a replacement globe and sent me a video of the replacement before sending. Terrific company!
