We contracted Bill for our attic conversion in a small home built in 1890 in Baker. He listened to what we wanted and made suggestions on changes that would save costs and improve the experience. We ordered the fixtures, but other than that, Bill handled everything. He was great to work with, listening to any concerns we had (concerns always come up during big projects) and resolving issues quickly. Old houses are not easy to work on, but Bill didn't let the project fall behind. We highly recommend him.

Bill guided us through all the details with wisdom and humor, and we are so grateful. Bill was personally on site every day, and most days multiple times a day. His communication was direct and professional. Our project was on time and on budget, and the results are high quality and beautiful. Bill does things right with no shortcuts, and explains what's happening along the way. We loved working with Bill and highly recommend him for any project!

Kalin Construction handled the kitchen and downstairs remodel of our 1905 Denver Foursquare home in Cheesman Park last year. Bill Kalin is a total professional and a pleasure to work with. Like many projects in older homes, ours involved extensive updates to electrical, plumbing, etc. Bill helped us navigate all aspects of the remodel seamlessly while also offering us helpful advice on how to keep our updates period-appropriate to the home. Bill comes with our highest recommendation!

From the very first meeting, Bill made the project easy for us. We remodeled our entire first floor. Laundry, powder, kitchen, dining, family, living and entry. The project was extensive and despite being displaced and a home in chaos, things went smoothly. The subs were excellent in their crafts and very professional. In the end, our home looks amazing. The result of our project is exactly as I envisioned it! Thank you Bill!

Kalin Construction did a remodel on my Townhouse and they did a fantastic job. They completed the project on time and on budget. I never had to worry about anything while they were on site. If I had a question and Bill wasn't around his PM handled it. His laborers were very polite and courteous. What also impressed me about Kalin Construction, not once did I have to ask them to fix anything or touch up. His guys are highly trained professionals and it showed in the workmanship. I cannot say enough about the integrity of this company.

Bill renovated our 100 year old garage with a leaky flat roof. The result maintained the brick walls, added an "A" roof giving us greater height clearance, stucco gable ends and new doors, windows and electrical service. The new look is very appealing, and way more functional! After several attempts to find a reputable contractor who would actually show up, finding Bill Kalin was a blessing. He is from the neighborhood, has great workers who are neat and responsible, meets with you regularly, obtains engineering and permits and is present during inspections. We highly recommend Bill for small and large projects, old or new.
