From demolition, to interacting with county departments and permit requirements, design, troubleshooting with all unexpected snags, and subcontractors, to building and finishing, all was seamless, they listened to us and guided us. We trust them. On time. Courteous. Professional. Our family feels blessed to have worked with their family, and would work with them again.

I'm so glad I chose Black Pines to build our home. Their work exceeded our expectations in EVERY way. They'll stick with you from the very first phone call to day they give you the keys - making the process of building a custom home stress-free and enjoyable. Everything they do and build is super high quality, custom, and done in a timely manner. Jeff, the owner, is super patient and is a great communicator throughout the whole process. I had all these unique ideas (that kept changing, too) and he never once acted like it couldn't be done. They also have a interior designer who is SO knowledgeable and has great taste - thanks to her, my home literally should be on HGTV!! :) If you have a vision, bring it to Black Pines and they can make it happen.

I’ve worked with a lot of builders, and Jeff and his team are the best. We hired them to do a rebuild of the 90’s era home we recently purchased. Every wall of this house has been touched, including a major remodeling of the kitchen, master bath, and great room, and the results are stunning (not just our opinion, but friends and family as well). They are true craftsmen and have a thorough mastery of the design and building process. Their attention to detail and quality is off the charts. Unlike other builders I have used in the past, Jeff builds a realistic schedule and works to meet or beat it. They work with highly competent subcontractors, have high integrity, and I would not hesitate to use them again!

We hit the jackpot with Black Pines. This was our first-ever remodel and we took on a house that had us pretty nervous. But Jeff, Vicki, Glenn and team jumped into it with us and made the process completely manageable - even enjoyable. They stayed on budget, never missed a single deadline, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Plus, they're true craftsmen and have an amazing design aesthetic. They stayed true to our vision for the project, but helped elevate it to a place that's better than we could've ever dreamed. Jeff brought integrity, expertise and professionalism to the project and made sure everything got done exactly as we talked about - it felt like he always had our backs. Vicki was indispensable with design and helped with any and everything - from kitchen layout and cabinet design, to paint colors, to the door knobs. We truly couldn't be happier with the remodel and with Black Pines and can't recommend them more emphatically. We'll definitely be working with them again in the future.

Building an addition is like putting a puzzle together. Jeff is a master puzzle builder. Our addition looks as if it part of the original structure. I am a Kitchen and Bathroom designer and have worked in the building industry for 25 + years. Jeff and I collaborated on different aspects of this design project, his suggestions were spot on and his execution thorough. In all Blackpines did a master suite addition, including a new laundry room, remodeled the kitchen and powder rooms, and reworked various other spaces. I am happy to say my expectations were met with Black Pines Builders. Thank you Jeff and crew for the beautiful work you did on our home, we could not be happier with the out come!!!

We engaged Black Pines Builders for our home remodel, and could not be more pleased. We are still a bit awestruck at how fun it was building a house - that is building a house with Black Pines! These people are true craftsmen and surround themselves with subs who are just as reliable, ethical and honest. The fit and finish of everything in this house is perfect, no detail left unattended. We received great guidance in design, product choices, and scale of the project. Our home was completed in exactly 6 months, from groundbreaking to occupancy, right on schedule. Black Pines did everything possible to insure that we were in by Christmas! We were home that first day!
