If you like your black out Roman blinds with visible holes, then look no further! If you don’t want visible holes order from Graham Sanderson instead. You will pay £20-£30 more but it’s worth it for no holes. When disputing my holey blinds with blinds uk they said this is part of the spec and they are just stab stitches to attach the black out lining. Someone at the company even emailed me to say she agreed the blinds were faulty and she had recommended to customer services to grant a refund but they refused saying visible holes in blinds are an essential part of the design! They kindly suggested applying sticky tape to the back of the blind to cover the holes and were very disappointed that I did not find this satisfactory. Fortunately I paid by credit card and my bank have applied a credit to my account. But so not worth the hassle. Order from somewhere else. Graham Sanderson or directs blinds both come without holes and reasonably priced.

Really satisfied delivered well within delivery quote and spot on time. Good quality blinds and simple to fit. Good value for money. More than satisfied would highly recommend. Highly recommend their vertical blinds, easy to fit, rail mechanism works great.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I paid for shutters £2123.51 on the 9th July and was told to expect a 15 day lead time like the website promoted. This was obviously very attractive as we had been let down by the previous supplier. We have now received an email today advising our delivery has been put back to 29th August. 52 DAYS LATER! Where we feel most let down is there is no phone number to even talk to someone. We run a construction company and now we have to go back to our client for more bad news.

I cannot praise this company enough...The roller blinds I ordered arrived promptly & fitted every window perfectly..When I had a minor problem the custom service team resolved it immediately & were very helpful & courteous...Would definitely recommend & use this company again..

I would advise to stay clear. I ordered wooden blinds for next day delivery. I was informed on day of delivery (Friday) they would not be delivered today and would be Monday, so I requested cancellation as they were for a job on the weekend. They ignored this (Did not reply to my requests). On Monday I waited but nothing was delivered. I contacted them and they confirmed the delivery would be Tuesday. I finally received them on Wednesday. The blinds were received past the initial date of delivery so were no good to me (As stated and as per the cancellation request at the time). I checked them to make sure they were not damaged as they do suggest, but I noticed they were a plastic (PVC) style. When questioning with them, they said their terms state they can be different style. The product was a wooden blind in the wooden category and does not state anywhere t is PVC. That is not correct business to display a product then say we can send what we like due to terms. I checked the terms and it does not state this, just different woods may be used (Which was no problem, just not plastic). On the products description page, the category page or terms, there was no point stated that wood blinds would be PVC blinds. I contacted them stating that they did not match what I ordered or the description and that they were not good to me as they were delivered late and I have requested cancellation. I was informed they could not be returned because they were custom. I stated that the product does not match the description which is the grounds for the return (Other than not being delivered correctly or ignoring a cancellation request). Their customer service is shocking and refused to help as they kept saying it was a custom blinds, but my dispute was the product did not match the description which is a valid case to return regardless. They repeatedly ignored this so I have had to go down the charge back route. I also repeatedly asked for their company information but again, this request was ignored by them. Note, they do not state their company details on their site which is against the e-commerce regulations, so will make it very hard to claim anything. The company that runs or owns this website is IT Alpso Solutions, they have a UK company which is a subsidiary of them called CB Deco Ltd. so I would assume this the company running this. However, the head company looks to be a Romanian company and not UK. I have also just noted that the package is shipped with the sender company name as CB Deco Ltd but the invoice states CA Unitrade Ltd T/A Blinds UK

Due to a great customer service and product delivery, I will surely make another order for some roman blinds within the next month with you, because I really love how they look and the elegant atmosphere they create inside a home. But I wanted to start out with something on the more cheaper side, so I went with roller blinds. Can't fault the product whatsoever, they are more quality than I imagined them to be and don't look cheap at all. I'll recommend this company further to friends and family.

They said that if I was undecided I could have samples sent over. Done deal. I could feel the texture and see the colour of the blind before I actually bought it, which is a good thing. Finally went ahead and got two blackout roller blinds for the bedrooms and they turned out to be a great investment. At an affordable price too. The colour matches the rest of the rooms and the operating mechanism works smoothly. Just felt the need to share my experience and scatter any doubts for those wanting to get window blinds.
