The pegs look great and are priced fairly. The double sided bolt to go into the walls do not come with the pegs. I wish we had known this so we wouldn’t have to pay for shipping twice as you can’t put the pegs into the wall without the double sided bolts.

I stumbled onto Blue Grouse Wine Cellars completely by accident when another company dropped the ball and left me stranded. From the moment I walked into their showroom to the time the installers walked out of my home, the service was beyond stellar! I started looking for a cable wine system and found one in the United States, it was Very expensive, huge shipping costs and in US dollars. Then thankfully I found Blue Grouse wine cellars. Reasonably priced and in Canadian dollars. Service is top notch. I called to get information, they needed the dimensions of my wine room sent them over by email with pictures and 2 days later I received an email with how it would look , drawings to scale and cost. I ordered the system and asked if they could hold it for a month as I was moving and it was for our new home . They took a deposit and had it shipped on the exact day I asked for it. Great service, great and on time shipping and they were so easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this company. And my wine room looks amazing. Great cable system , great quality.

Loved blue grouse wine cellars. I can't say enough good things about my experience. At first I was skeptical because not being able to supervise a project and having the company be so far away in Vancouver, I was hesitant to go through with the project. However, Adrienne contacted me and provided reassurance from far away. I received pictures of my wine cellar during the building process and Sebastian(the designer) was great in keeping me informed of steps along the way. The company is very professional. You get high quality for a decent fair price. Highly recommend!

The 1st time we used Blue Grouse was approximately 2 years ago with the purchase of 3 large wine coolers for our cellar. There were a few challenges with the glass doors but they went up and beyond the call to make sure we were satisfied! When we made the decision to change residences and build a complete new wine cellar, there was no question who we were going to use. From speaking with Adrienne, meeting Gary on site and Sebastian's design it went without a flaw! I was so happy to have found the perfect wine racks to fit our decor in Canada and at a great price! My questions were answered promptly and efficiently and Christine worked with me on shipping times to be able to have these arrive while my husband is out of town so I can install as a surprise.
