BOSS.architecture is a multi-disciplinary design firm, with a focus on full service architecture and interiors. BOSS.architecture is based in Denver, Colorado. Principals: Chris Davis Kevin Stephenson Chris and Kevin are licensed architects and founding partners of BOSS.architecture. They graduated together at the top of their class, and were each awarded Bachelor of Architecture, and Master of Architecture degrees. Each with 20 years of professional experience and with more than 2 decades of friendship under their belts, Chris and Kevin have a shared passion for thinking outside the box. Their portfolio of projects displays a broad scope of work and shows their remarkable depth of experience. Their resumes include working together for some of the top design firms in the country, including the internationally renowned office of Tigerman McCurry Architects in Chicago and the well-respected firms of Roth + Sheppard Architects and Semple Brown Design in Denver, where Chris and Kevin were key players on projects that resulted in over 26 professional awards and 30 national publications. Unlike many designers, Chris and Kevin’s experience and expertise extends beyond the theoretical and academic to the realities of construction. Both take a practical and hands-on approach to architecture, and both make it a priority to work with their hands, physically sculpting and often building their own designs. Each currently lives in a home that they personally designed and built for themselves and their respective families. We listen and, more importantly, we hear. We value our relationships as much as we value our projects. We engage our clients in the design process, and we find strength in collaboration with clients, employees, consultants, contractors, and with each other. We embrace challenges, and we exceed expectations. We are easily inspired, yet we are discerning enough to find the right inspiration.
