BTO Dwelling is a top rate business. Colleen has helped me to take a wreck of a house and turn it into a showcase! She has such amazing vision without being overbearing. She seemed to "get me" and my funky vision for this house but when I veered off course with crazy ideas she gave me even better ones! She is also great at keeping within your budget and will always offer several price points when it comes to purchases for the house. I have worked with Colleen Price of bto dwelling in a couple of different capacities. First, she helped me redecorate my dining room. Colleen not only came up with a great finished product, but she was also very patient and easy to work with. Colleen was able to create an updated look without going over my budget. She was good about being able to work with things I already owned instead of buying everything brand new. For instance, she liked the lamps on my buffet, but purchased new shades to give them a new, more current look. She was also good about blending the new look in with the decorating I had already done in adjoining rooms. I am a Real Estate agent and have also referred her to a couple of my clients.
