About Us

We are a full service home construction company that specializes in custom homes. We hold both residential and commercial licenses from the State of Louisiana. We also do small commercial jobs, specializing in metal buildings. We have over 15 years experience in the construction field and focus on every project as if it is the only project. Whether you intend to build a 1000 square foot shotgun cottage or a 6000 square foot mansion, it's still your dream home. We treat each project with the respect it deserves. Some homeowners like to do some part of the building process. We have no problem with that. We offer 'turn key' construction or allow you to do any work you care to take on. From the minute we sat down with Southern Heritage, we knew that we were in good hands. They were true professionals throughout the entire process. We ended up with a beautiful home! We are planning on using them again on future builds.

We have gone to Southern Heritage on multiple occasions beginning with the planning and construction of our home, to more recent projects. Their staff are excellent in suggesting ways to build exactly what is wanted and needed. They do a great job keeping on budget, following plans, and completing the job on time. We would most certainly recommend that you speak with them about your project.

Southern Heritage is a great company to work with. They work with their customers and go above and beyond all expectations. When you get a bid for your project, that is a GOOD quote. They don't change it unless you make drastic changes. I highly recommend them.

Commented: Can you tell me the type and color of flooring?These floors came from Floorco, 5729B Salmen St in Harahan. They should be able to look the floor up for you using Southern Heritage Construction and 113 Kellywood. Ct. If they can't let me know and I...
