The Builders East owners and executive team principals are Robert Masseau and Mark Williams. Builders East did a complete renovation and rebuild for our Condo. We were very happy with the working relationship and results. The visual software was very helpful in planning the layout. We would recommend this builder highly. Competitive, top quality.

A highly professional quality group of people with an equal quality group level of sub contractors. The project was completed within budget and in a timely manner. Communication was adequate and proactive during the entire process. Any particular issues were addressed and remedied in a timely manner or explained in detail.

After talking with friends and viewing a couple projects recently completed by Builders East, we hired them to re-build our home. The house was almost a complete tear down, and re-build, adding a front porch, forth bedroom, pool and patio. We worked with Mark on the design, and he was incredible to work with. He had great ideas, and he managed to incorporate all our needs and ideas into the design. He was always available to review new ideas, and to review the status. Every member of the Builders East team was helpful, friendly and we felt they genuinely cared about our home. The team made sure the jobsite was picked up each night, and we had no complaints from neighbors during the construction. There were team members available to assist with widow and door selections, kitchen and bath cabinets, and they assisted in recommending vendors to visit. The home is amazing, and we appreciate all the time and effort the Builders East team put into this project. They treated our home as if it was their own, and the workmanship shows. We're happy to recommend Builders East for design and construction.

These guys do great work they are on time and on budget. I'll hire them again for the our next project. Not only do they do great work but they came up with the perfect design saving us thousands in architectural costs.

Builders East did a great job from start to finish. Plans were innovative, workmanship was excellent, and all members of the crew were polite and professional. They worked closely with us on all aspects of the project. We recommend them highly.

When we embarked on a major renovation of our condominium last spring, we had the great good fortune to select Builders East to take on the project. This company was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Its competence and all around professionalism shone through at every step. Our project was delivered on time and on budget, and with top quality workmanship. An added plus was that our contractor had many helpful ideas about how to reconfigure our interior space to get the look we wanted. The end result was even better than we had envisioned. We went into our new studio project with great plans for a significant change to our property. With Builders East, we were able to realize the dream! They carefully laid out the project, presented an excellent timeline (and stuck to it!); happily, the company met our expectations. We work in the studio daily now, can see it from every window from the main house, and it has melded into our landscape. Builders East delivered!
