Avoid this hardware reseller at all costs ! They do not keep items in stock, have no method for direct contact, and do not take responsibility for order problems. I am still waiting for a refund or exchange for a defective door bell button that I requested 30 days ago........

Does not refund. Does not provide any type of open customer service. Website sends you to a form to submit. Phone call sends you to website. All neatly closed to outside contact. NOT RECOMMENDED.
