By Design

Bruce drew our house plans from a rough scetch and completed ahead of the schedule we set. He had many good recommendations that we used in our house design, such was adding a door that allowed entrance to the wash room from the master closet. We are very satisfied with the service received from By Design and would highly recommend him for residential house plans.

Bruce Crane drew plans for an addition to our home for our elderly family member. His vision far exceeded our expectations. The plans were ADA compliant and included amenities that we would have never thought of on our own. He worked very closely with the contractor, and was on site almost daily. He made sure that the project was on track at every phase, and the project came in under budget and on time. We have recommended him to several of our friends because our experience was so pleasant. His character is impeccable, and his honesty is beyond reproach. We trusted him with the keys to our home, and were never concerned about the security of our house. Bruce Crane with By Design - is wonderful to work with. He listens to all your wants and needs and creates a design that is perfect for you. He put together a plan for my mother, in order for her to downsize and plan for any future medical needs she might encounter. My husband and I contracted with By Design recently as we are going to build a home in Pass Christian, MS. We currently live in Germantown, TN so the build will be remotely constructed. Bruce Crane has patiently worked with us as we interviewed two builders and received estimates. Due to the location of our construction, there are many FEMA guidelines that must be included in the design. Bruce has been very knowledgeable of these guidelines and walking us through the process. Bruce Crane was hired to remodel the covered patio of our Irish pub, Celtic Crossing. He did a fantastic job of making the new construction fit into the older building. He is very good at listening to your ideas and translating them into beautiful design. We get compliments every day about our patio.
