Adrian did an amazing job for us. I needed to have four bathrooms demolished and reconstructed, demolition and removal of flooring throughout and replacement of hardwood flooring and painting an entire house (3,000 SF) with high ceilings. There was also a substantial amount of electrical upgrades and plumbing. He worked on pricing and lining up subcontractors before we even closed escrow. The day after we closed a crew of ten were busy starting a huge demo project. The value of our contract was approximately $300k and he completed the job, including delays due to late issuance of permits in ten weeks. I would HIGHLY recommend him for any remodel project. He has a deep knowledge of the remodeling market and I am certain he could build anything from the ground up. He was easy to work with and remained on schedule even when we ran into delays that were beyond his control. He quickly had a plan B and moved his resources around accordingly. I am going to be remodeling my kitchen soon and I will not hesitate to use him again.

We recently completed a remodel of three bathrooms and a laundry/mudroom with Adrian. We would highly recommend him . He is very organized and detail oriented and his work is the highest quality. He was very responsive to issues that arose and his subcontractors were excellent. He was able to problem solve during the course of the project and come up with creative solutions . It was a pleasure working with him and we are very happy with the results. We would highly recommend Adrian for any project large or small.

We bought a house built by CACC over a year ago and we have been very pleased with their construction quality, responsiveness and thoughtful design. Since the purchase, we haven't had any major problem with the property. Of the minor problems we encountered, mostly due to wear n tear such as burnt fuse or clogged sprinkler system, CACC was always able to help us isolate the cause and/or put us in reach with contractors who can fix it. We recently installed solar panels and the contractor commented that the job was a breeze due to all the wiring and piping already in place so they did not have to cut open any wall. We really appreciate CACC, especially its owner Adrian, for being so responsive and helpful when we have any questions or problems... even after almost two years after the sale!

We can not say enough about our experience with Adrian during our recent remodel. We did a moderate sized remodel including four bathrooms, a family room, living room, our front and back door as well as installing large sliders. From the get go Adrian struck as as very different from the other contractors we received estimates from. He was a great communicator and showed up when he said he would. From start to finish he was organized, thorough, creative, and a great advocate for us when dealing with subcontractors. He was detail oriented and always made sure things were done right. He was almost always on the job site and was always available to meet with us to go through issues as they came up. In addition, the projects within our remodel that Adrian did himself were done impeccably. He even made us a custom sauna that rivals anything we could have bought! We could not have been happier with his work. In addition to his excellence as a contractor we just really enjoyed getting to know Adrian. He is kind, down to earth and humble. He is a joy to work with and anyone would be lucky to have him as their contractor!
