Our lives can become cluttered in a myriad of ways. Downsizing after years in the same home can be daunting. The death of a parent or loved one can find us dealing with not only the emotions of loss, but also with absorbing or distributing their belongings. Developmental or cognitive disabilities can make academic organization or household maintenance a challenge. Carri the Filing Fairy assists clients in managing the sometimes overwhelming tasks associated with these things and more. Carri Lacroix Pan combines her background in Human Development and Special Education with her inherent organizational abilities to help clients establish systems and solutions that bring their lives back into balance. The company’s approach is always one of “Let’s explore how we can help with that.” In 2015, Carri expanded her staff in order to become a full service organizing business. The addition of Kendall Richards, an Interior Designer, allowed the business to extend its downsizing and moving preparation services to include staging homes to prepare for sale. Anne de Noronha joined as Operations Manager and Organizer. Anne's Human Resources career has integrated with personal experiences that drew on her management skills as well as her compassion. Carri the Filing Fairy assistants also contribute to the company’s success. Carri the Filing Fairy is able to assist clients in everyday and more unusual situations, and maintains a large network for referring jobs that are beyond our scope.
