Centurion Stone Of The Carolinas

We ordered rock for the front of our house which included 32 Pennsylvania Retro Sill for the top of our 8-14” sq. post made of stack stone. The brick mason was not ready immediately to fix posts and when he was ready for post, four people unloaded the boxes, there were only 29 Retro sill instead of the 32 we ordered. Our contact person in Mt Airy contacted his contact person at Centurion Stone in Charlotte. Her boss stated that 2 of his men counted the stone and they do not make mistakes. He said we were “liars” and probably messed up the 3 stones. The label on the box showed part of stone loaded on one day and part on 2nd day. We had to order and pay for the 3 stones again. We are happy with the quality of the stone and our porch looks good, but Centurion Stone of the Carolinas in Charlotte, NC has very poor customer service and we would not recommend their company to anyone.

They are always a friendly staff and helpful at both making the order convenient on the fly while we are working and providing easy pick up to help expediate the project on hand. The stone color and style selection is very broad and has always met our needs. We also enjoy the helpful sales people and appreciate that the stone samples are located outside and can been seen in natural light settings.

This builder used this stone for the outside of our house. It looked great and matched the house siding perfectly.
