CGM Home Builders loves building custom homes; that is what we do. We bring over 30 years of experience in the construction industry to every home that we create and build. We have built a reputation for quality work, outstanding customer service and high ethical business standards. We have assembled a dedicated team of subcontractors and suppliers that stand behind their work and products. We are dedicated to continually looking for new materials, products, and technology in the building industry to offer our customers the experience of a unique custom home. We are currently building a new home in College Station with CGM Builders. We have been working diligently with Billy Chenault and his team to purchase the right lot for us and draw plans to suit our needs. Billy and his team are professional, experienced and truly interested in building the home that we envision. We have built 2 previous homes in Houston and can testify that Billy Chenault is by far the most hands-on builder we have had the pleasure of working with. He is professional, experienced and is willing to take the time to understand our needs. Not only is he a pleasure to work with, we fully expect to have a long relationship with him once our project is finished.

It was obvious from the very first meeting that Billy was a man of integrity who loved his work. And, as he sat in on the design phase with the architect, his attention to detail and his enthusiasm for my project was genuine. I knew I was in good hands not only with Billy but with his office staff who were also extraordinary. He was always sensitive to my budget, available when I called, and his creativity and vision allowed my home to be truly a dream come true! And at the end of the project, not only did I have a great builder, but a friend. I could not recommend him more highly!

CGM has been a wonderful company to work with. We hired them to build our home based on other projects we had seen and on recommendations. We have been in our home for 9 months and they are still here for us whenever we need them. Our home is completely custom. CGM made our vision and dream a reality!
