Charles Byron worked with us to create a home improvement project that met most of what we wanted within the budget we had. For Phase 1 of the build, they were on time and to schedule. They were good about keeping me informed of the works and are always easy to get hold of if I have any questions or comments. UPDATE: So, as the project carried on, communication got poorer. It's now been five weeks since we last heard from them (and 5 months since the project started - 4x longer than planned). They have one of our keys. There's a hole in our bathroom. The sink leaks. The plaster has pulled away from some light fixtures. The didn't paint the inside of the wardrobe. Lots of details not done they said would get done. Some of the work has been done pretty well - the floors and most of the plastering. It's just really disappointing they refuse to communicate anymore, and obviously outrageous that they still have one of our keys.
