Ty was recommended to us by a local kitchen and bathroom showroom. He's more than lived up to what we hoped for. He's saved a great deal of money by simplifying the design, working with his structural engineer to minimise costly steelwork and keep the build simple for the contractor. His visualisations are more than is needed for planning - something else that he's facilitated no end for us. He's provided advice on drainage and the party wall act. A true ally for anyone planning an extension or construction project, at a cost that's insignificant compared to the money saved in other areas by using him. Highly recommended.
