Terrible company! Do NOT buy any rugs from them unless you are 10000% sure that it is EXACTLY what you want “not sure how you would be if buying online”. Their return policy is absurd and is not properly disclosed upon at check-out. Usually reputable companies make it very clear when purchasing an item whether there is a restocking fee. I bought a rug from them and was not satisfied with the product. However, after calling them, I found out that to return the item I have to ship it back at my own cost (more than $200) and then they charge 20% of the rug price as a “re-stocking fee”. So basically, to return this item, I am technically paying the full price of the rug, but also giving it back! Not to mention that when I called to try and work out a resolution, the person who picked up the phone was extremely rude, and basically told me “this is how it is” and “we don’t lose money”. That’s their customer service.
