Working with Dan was a pleasure. He gave us an estimate and was more than willing to change and accommodate with new estimates as we adjusted what we wanted done. His estimate on time was accurate and the work was done to our satisfaction. We replaced tile flooring, changed kitchen lighting, removed carpeting and installed engineered hardwood.

I hired Chipman Contracting for a project to renovate my home office. Although I had the ideas what I wanted to do, I wasn't sure how it would turn out. Dan had the professional expertise to make it all come together. He took a lot of time to make sure every detail was addressed to my satisfaction. I plan to hire Dan and his company for my next project.

Counter top with sink, tile floor, paint ceiling and wall, floor molding including a laundry room. Gave us choices of vendors. Came on time, stayed with it until completed. Followed up for satisfaction. Well pleased with Dan and his team.

I highly recommend Chipman Contracting! I have hired them several times over the last few years to make repairs to my home's exterior--water damage to chimney chase and windows. Even though this work is not under their specialties of Kitchen and Bath renovations, and were not major renovations, they were wonderful to work with. I purchased a circa - 1950 mid century modern home years ago that was a great value but a horror in condition! My husband and I planned on a remodel and selling it. - ASAP!
