We are an 8(a) woman owned Heating, Air-Conditioning and Home Automation business with over 17 years of experience in the DC, MD, and VA area. We are Insured, Bonded and we have a Certified Class A Masters Contractors License. Our company was raised by our commitment and dedication to our customers. After growing up in the industry and working for some of the “advertising-first, quality of work-last” and “stuck in our old method” companies, our founders realized this area had an untapped niche. What was missing in our field was a company that could combine the highest level of customer service and understanding, with the eco-friendly, budget-minded, usability that brings our industry into the 21st century. KCS is proud to bring this service to Virginia because unlike companies that spend the most on advertising, the people of Virginia are our friends, family and neighbors. They are from the place where we were born and raised. We were founded on the premise that there is a cheaper, more efficient and environmentally conscience way to improve heating and air-conditioning use down to a precise proficiency no matter the size of the home or the budget of the homeowner. We want everyone to be able to enjoy the ease and peace of mind that comes with the automation of many features of your home. All of our employees are subject to criminal and credit background checks and routine drug screenings, we also reimburse and encourage our employees to continue their certifications and education to stay on top of this ever evolving industry. Contrary to the companies in our area that are more concerned with becoming “the official sponsor of…” none of our employees work on commissions.
