Burns & Parks Painting

I used Burns & Parks Painting for a project earlier this year in Dallas. I selected them because of their assurances that they do top quality work with attention to detail and that they stand behind their work.This has not proven to be the case, however. While we were happy with the results initially, we have had problems with beam repairs they did as well as with bubbling paint. Things like this happen, I understand, and I fully expected that a quick, polite phone call would get my concerns addressed. Unfortunately, after two weeks of calling every few days and talking to a receptionist and leaving voicemails for one of the owners, no one has called me back or demonstrated the slightest concern that a customer is not satisfied. I'd be wary of hiring them for any project based on their poor customer service and unwillingness to stand behind their work.

I received estimates from three different companies to have my kitchen cabinets refinished. I chose Burns and Parks because their price was favorable as was their process for refinishing. They were professional and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted in the finish. My kitchen looks brand new now. Although I have no intent to sell, it's nice to know the value of my home has increased much more than the price I paid for this job.

I have hired Burns and Parks Painting for both personal and business use. They are very quick to get you an estimate and pricing is very good for the quality that you get. I originally hired them to paint several areas in a 4 story office space earlier last year. The workers were very professional, the quality of work was fantastic, and they even completed ahead of schedule. Also in December, I hired them to paint several rooms inside my house (thought I could do this myself at first but of course thought differently after getting started - as usual). Again, I had an estimate within 24 hrs, they were able to schedule to complete it for me quickly, and did the job in 1 day!
