Chris and his team have been a pleasure to work with. They are hard working, punctual, and carried out extensive refurbishment to our house to a very high standard. They did everything they could to keep me included and it was always their top priority to make sure I was satisfied. This has also been the case with any snags. I have had many builders at my address over the years, and PBC have been in a different league to the others. Chris and his team are a pleasure to have around, delivered an extensive, four month, project to a very high standard, pretty much on time and on budget. We spent more as we upgraded, added and tweaked a few things but Chris' original quote stayed pretty much as he'd agreed it from the start. The people he uses are polite, hard working, have a great attention to detail and are happy to offer their advice. They made sure we avoided making a few school boy errors! I have no problem in recommending PBC for any house related job as they worked on our garden, kitchen, living space, bedroom and utility room so have the skills for pretty much anything you can think of, or he knows someone who can - such as the stained glass window guy called Robin in Barnes, another person I'd thoroughly recommend. Finally, the way Chris works the financials ensures you always feel in control of the project. We used NuSpace a few years ago for a loft conversion and were completely let down by them. As soon as we'd made the last payment all the team changed and the quality of the finish was terrible. It became a nightmare for about 2 years fighting with them to get things completed. Chris and his team were with us right to the end. Photos will follow but we're just waiting for our railings and shutters to be fitted - nearly there! Pbc helped us with a side return. They turned an outdated ground floor flat into a spacious modern one. We have a newborn and pbc even made it possible for the 3 of us to live in the place while the work was going on. We remained warm and dust free throughout a cold winter. PBC have undertaken a series of works at my house. All have been completed to a very high standard. The works have included: - groundworks and laying patio tiles and pathways - brickwork and railings alterations - building an extensive pergola and laying down wooden decking - roof and chimney repairs - plumbing interior and exterior - bathroom floor tiling and plumbing - interior decoration and carpentry - electricals We have been impressed with the quality of PBC’s work and the courtesy of their tradesmen. When projects are started they are completely promptly. Chris Janeczek has been professional and honest in all his dealings with us. I would be happy to recommend PBC.

Chris and the team completed a full renovation of our house, including loft and back extension and extensive rewiring and plumbing. Installed bathrooms and kitchen, internal reconfiguration, installed underfloor heating and fitted flooring. Chris is extremely hard working, very responsive and managed the process extremely well. He has also been very responsive and helpful in dealing with snags and follow up. I would not hesitate to use Chris and the team for further projects.

Very happy with Chris and the team. They built our porch. Good quality of build, pleasant people and efficient and tidy. Came back and did any snags (minor) on time. Marcin was a good carpenter and electrician.

Currently working with PBC for a second time on a full renovation and rear extension project, having worked with them three years ago on another full renovation, loft conversion and side extension project (pictures in PBC’s profile). All work was completed on time and in budget and all snagging rectified quickly after completion. We were very happy with the results. The project was a Victorian terraced house refurbishment including attic conversion with bathroom, first floor bathroom replacement, ground floor kitchen/family room side extension, refurbished dining and living room with underfloor heating. Electric, water, waste water and gas services replaced, moved and upgraded. Provision of understairs toilet. Rear garden patio, front garden path and wall. Chris is an energetic, hard working builder and his staff always turn up on time and work consistently. Chris is honest and transparent with his pricing and is able to fit in other specialists, such as brick stripping, utility engineers, into the project schedule. Chris is very knowledgeable on building products and knows how to manage costs as well as give advice on upgrades and options. I thoroughly recommend Chris and PBC for your building project. Pro Build Contractors completed our renovations on time and on budget, allowing for agreed upgrades. Three years on we are still delighted with the result and the quality of the work. Their workforce were always polite and pleasant and worked very hard in all weathers.
