I would never use this company! I am a contractor and sent my customer to them to look at granite (first time I used them, or was going to!) rather than respecting my customer as MY customer they basically took me out of the picture and said they would give MY customer the contractors price, then convinced her to sign a contract for something she really didn't want, she decided that she wanted to change what type on granite she wanted and basically the price on the next quote went way up which took the contractors price out of it. this really made the rest of the job very difficult because since she went direct I stayed out of the process of the tops. I am a very picky contractor and I would not have allowed a sub contractor to do a roll over sub par job on a customer like they did. They basically agreed to do things that was easy for them to manufacture and install but in the end was really not right. So if your a contractor I would stay away, or do not send a customer there with out you being there. and if your a customer you better have all your ducks in a row the first time you get your quote and when they com to measure make sure you know exactly what you want. We had granite installed in our kitchen Nov. 2013. They were competitively priced, quick, and accurate. I would highly recommend them. The only unexpected item was the salesperson didn't mention that once the sink was installed (same day as the granite), a plumber would come the following day and connect the water/drain. We didn't realize that we would be without a working kitchen sink for 24 hours...not a big deal, but didn't realize it and didn't think to ask when buying. I would still use them again.
