I highly recommend Cindi at Desert Life Designs! My husband I bought a rental property that needed to be furnished and since this was our first time furnishing a rental property, we were overwhelmed and had no idea where to start! When I talked with Cindi she was calm and reassuring and we knew that she was the designer we wanted to work with. She immediately got to work providing us with options for each room. She got our vision for the property and took into account the architecture of the outside of the building, the layout inside and our budget and timeframe. She provided so many resources for us – we never would have been able to have had this property up and running without her valuable help. She is professional, prompt, available, and overall a really kind person! I can't thank her enough for all her work!! The property looks AMAZING; better than we ever could have imagined!

Cindi furnished and supplied our new rental in Palm Desert. She did a fantastic job designing with style and function in mind and working within our budget. She suggested changes to elevate the space such as adding a fireplace, new carpet, electrical upgrades, and she coordinated all of these projects for us as absentee owners. We love our beautiful new home! Cindi worked diligently and quickly to prepare our home for rental. I would highly recommend her.

Cindi has been wonderful with our entire house remodel. She assisted with all aspects of the project, including selecting/working with the contractors, assisting in the material selection, furniture, paint and decor. She shopped for me and maintained idea books for the entire project. Not only was her aesthetic versatile to my tastes, she was also willing to diplomatically steer me back on track if I went too far off the path. Her customer centric approach, responsiveness was amazing and she was also fun to work with!!! I highly recommend her.

Cindi is exactly what I wanted in a designer. She visited the condo, listened to what I wanted and was quick to make recommendations. She shopped for me and with me. I loved her process of emailing 2-3 suggestions and then I could easily make a choice. She has a variety of great resources for painting, cabinets, furniture, deliveries, etc. Cindi is a not just a great designer but she is also a great business person. I first hired Cindi to do the decorating for every room in vacation home in the Palm Springs area. She also later helped me with the exterior landscaping. I spent close to a year working with her. She was amazing in all areas, and her rates are very reasonable. She is very responsive on emails and texts. She was great at finding local art and staying within my budget. She has a nice aesthetic on design and decorating but will match your vision. She was also helpful with managing the contractors and other repair work that came up.

I have used Cindi and her company for designing for my condo. She and her staff are of the upmost professional and dependable.

We have used this company for two meaningful remodeling projects in 2016 and 2017 at our home at PGA West in La Quinta, CA. Cindi Unger has been the lead designer and also the project manager for both. The quality of workmanship was outstanding and in line with budget. We received regular status reports during the projects plus proactive suggestions regarding items we may not have thought of during the planning phase. Very helpful and very responsive.

I have had several wonderful experiences working with Cindi on my Vacation Rental in La Quinta. My vacation rental was a unique situation. . . I purchased the property furnished so I had a lot of existing pieces that were OK but it was not a cohesive environment. When Cindi came in I was very impressed by her ability to assess the environment, come up with a plan to bring everything together. Knowing that this was going to be rented to strangers she understood my desire to avoid "high end" furnishings due to my concerns over wear/tear and damage. Within my budget she did an amazing job of bringing everything together. She chose key elements and textures that I would never have been able to think of in a million years. The result is a house that feels great to be in and has been well received by my guests. I also am amazingly impressed at Cindi's focus on the customer. True customer service is such a rare commodity and I believe she exemplifies it!! She listens, is empathetic and aligns her talents with my needs. I am a person that has very strong opinions and has a hard time letting go. . . I found the process of working with Cindi comfortable (even for a control freak) and I am incredibly pleased with the results. In two words: CINDI ROCKS!

Cindi Unger of Desert Life Design manages our home in PGA Wesr which we rent. She is professional, and very dependable. She manages all vendors that we have service our property, meets with our visitors and ins very helpful to anyone who stays at our property. We have also used her as a designer and find she has wonderful tastes and has really made a difference in the appearance of our home. We would highly recommend Cindi .

Cindi at Desert Life Design did a fabulous job decorating my desert home in PGA West when I was living too far away to get the job done. I am thankful I used Cindi as I myself would never have been able to achieve such a high end professional look as I recieved by using Cindi. Cindi was our rental property manager for about 3 years. In this time, she greeted our renters and welcomed them into our rental home. She was very proficient & organized in going over all the details and amenities as each of them arrive for their monthly stay. Most of our renters were from the eastern US, Canada and Europe so Cindi made a point to make them feel comfortable. She was always available for the renters questions & there to help with anything they may need. She was very organized in scheduling the cleaning of our unit between renters and did an excellent job of making sure the renters had any supplies that they needed. Whenever we required any assistance from Cindi, she always followed through to the end. We feel very fortunate to have had Cindi managing our property.
