This is without doubt the best service I have received from any company in the USA. Craig Ethier the marketing director representative took care of my problem without any hesitation. He went to the trouble of sending me a replacement charger and when that did not work he sent me a replacement mirror. I am delighted to report that my mirror is now working perfectly and what a great product it is. Makes shaving in the shower an absolute pleasure.

We just got our bathroom remodel completed which included a 12" X 12" shower mirror. I turn on the power to the mirror just before I get into the shower and the mirror heats up enough to be fog free by the time I start my shower. I enjoy shaving in the shower. And I do like a hot shower. Even though sometimes the shower glass surround is fogged up the Clear Mirror stays clear as advertised. Works great!!! Highly recommended.

I saw this online and was skeptical. So, I took a chance and ordered one. I installed it myself which was super simple. I've had this installed for a little over a year. It is by far the best thing I've bought and used about everyday. It also has not caused any lower back issues like shaving over the sink. WOW,I am so glad I tried it. LOVE CLEARMIRROR!

I have used ClearMirror for many projects and not only is their customer service superb, their mirrors are high quality and incorporate easily into new renovation projects. I installed one in my own shower and like heated seats in your car, you will be surprised how often you use it and miss it when you don't have it!

Installed two of the new ClearMirror LED mirrors in a bathroom as part of a remodel and am very happy with the look, lighting and ambience they provide. May have to redo our other bathrooms and incorporate these wonderful mirrors!

Excellent product and superior customer service! I had to get a replacement as the installer put the first one in incorrectly and they issued an immediate discounted replacement. They called back right away and communicated with me through the install process.

ClearMirror has changed my shaving experience! I used to hate shaving because of irritated skin and clogged drains, but now I can shave in the shower without having to rinse the mirror between each stroke. Hands down it is the best addition to my new bathroom, and they have excellent and responsive customer service!

I absolutely love the shower clear mirror. The mirror works exactly as advertised. Shaving is so much better in the shower—you will never go back! Just hook it up so that the unit turns on/shuts off with the shower light switch. I purchased my first 12”x 12” unit about 10 years ago with no issues whatsoever. After moving to my new home, I could not wait to buy another unit for my master bathroom remodel. Luckily, I kept all the paperwork and found the clear mirror website and ordered another one. When I had a question concerning my delivery date, they responded promptly with a call back to make sure I was happy. Great company—Craig was so helpful!

I shave my head in the shower. Previous shower mirrors needed to be wiped down constantly. Once the clearmirror is hooked up to power and warms up 5 minutes before you turn water on, it does exactly what it claims. You never have to wipe it down or get it wet. It's just a perfectly clear fogless mirror in the shower. Great product!
