Kevin Clingan Home Design and Construction

Kevin Clingan is a lifelong resident of Springfield, MO. He graduated from Hillcrest High School in 1978 and from Drury University in 1981 with a degree in Business Administration and minors in Economics and Accounting. As a second-generation builder, Kevin has been constructing homes and serving as a custom home builder in Springfield and the surrounding area for over 25 years. Effective communication skills with customers, attention to detail, and quality workmanship are trademarks of Kevin’s homes. In 2006, one of Kevin’s homes was named 417 Magazine Home of the Year in the $500,000-$750,000 category. Since joining the Home Builders Association in 1987, he has been named Builder Member of the Year (2002 & 2008), received the Presidential Award (2006) and is Past President of the HBA Board. An avid bass fisherman, Kevin also holds the Missouri State Record for Small Mouth Bass. Kevin and his wife Susan have two children: Sara, who resides in Washington, D.C. and Kyle, a student at Drury University.
