Closets by Design

If I had the option to give zero stars, I would have done that. They are a fraudulent company. They promise you one thing and when it comes to installation, it will be replaced with a different item. They never bother to ask you before the installation appointment and on top of that will still go ahead and charge you the original cost. The replaced item will be of cheaper value. If you demand a refund either no one responds and if someone picks up your phone, they will tell the accounts team will be informed. If you read google or facebook reviews you will find similar stories.

This is our third time using this company for garage storage cabinets. This first two were excellent. This time, many issues, they have committed to rectify.

Excellent work! We hired this company to build us two closets for our client. They came out beautiful. Their team is accessible and organized, and their installers are very professional, as well. Deadlines are also met. Definitely recommend this to anyone. Client is very happy!

Last year I researched which Closet company I would want to use to transform both my daughter's closet and my large walk in Closet. I chose Closet's By Design because I had a few people recommend the work they do. Laura Mosquera was the closet designer who cam to the house and helped me figure out the best use of the space, showed me the materials that they use and came up with a Fantastic plan to make our space more organized, doubled the storage / hanging capabilities and looks beautiful. My daughter's closet we were able to put in double hanging shelving, a hamper, and a wall hook piece for scarves, belts and other goodies. Our walk in closet is my Oasis, my husband has one part of the room and I have both double hanging and a built in bureau, built in shoes shelving too. I highly recommend Closet By Design.. ask for Laura, you will be thrilled with the outcome!

Closets by Design did my mothers closet when I had to move her into my basement. I got several quotes Closets by Design did have the lowest price, but that is not the the only reason I went with them. The designer was so nice to my mother and made her feel important and a part of the process, instead of just focusing on me because I had the credit card. The closet turned out amazing and I plan on having my garage and other closets done too. Don't hire any other company until you talk to these guys.

I hired Closets By Design to install closet systems in 5 closets. My designer, Deb Cantrall, responds quickly and with great enthusiasm! Every closet was equally important to her in the design process and she eagerly offered multiple options to maximize space & utility/functionality. At every turn, she carefully listened to my needs/wants ideas and took notes and measurements and pictures. She then offered at least 2 design choices within my budget. Clearly she loves her work and enjoys working with people and possesses a "no project is too small" to do attitude. I will be hiring her soon to design my laundry room and garage storage. She is a delight to work with.
