Craig and I worked together on a custom home in Monarch Beach from 9/2010 to 7/2012. The home was a contemporary home with many custom amenities and specialty details both inside and out, requiring meticulous detailing. Craig completed the design of the home masterfully, as well as the exterior detailing and water features. Craig was also easy going and a pleasure to work with throughout this project.

In 2004 we engaged Craig McIntosh AIA to help us remodel our well-located 1966 ranch-style house on a hill overlooking the Pacific. Our vision was to turn this original tract house into a beautiful contemporary-zen home that suited our casual lifestyle. Craig reworked the floor plan with two extensions totaling less than 500 square feet. This redesign eliminated useless passageways, increased the privacy of the guest and master suites and greatly increased the sense of spaciousness. To be continued

Craig MacIntosh was the architect who designed my custom home in Corona del Mar. Being a residential real estate broker for over thirty years I had definite ideas on the type of home I wanted for myself. Craig was able to take my visual ideas and put them on paper.
