Hi! My name is Christian Usera and I'm an abstract artist. I've lived in five states and abroad in Madrid, Spain and Sofia, Bulgaria. I've been painting for over ten years. My work has been featured in The Huffington Post, Northern Virginia Magazine, the Westward, and Societe Perrier. In 2010, I was a speaker at "Marassa 10" an event celebrating Caribbean artists and writers. The event was sponsored by Kamau Brathwaite, a world renowned poet and New York University. In 2012 I was chosen to take part in CORE Gallery's juried "Spirituality" art show. The following year I (along with 21 other artists) was commissioned by the Warhol Foundation to create a painting celebrating Warhol's iconic "Banana" painting. I currently reside in the Toledo, OH area, but can ship my work to anywhere in the US and beyond!
