Coger Residential

I live in an older house, and Keith and Jim have been incredibly attentive to making the changes and fixes I need (so far, mostly doors and lighting), while maintaining the aesthetic of the original construction. They've helped me improve my energy efficiency without sacrificing the historical integrity of the structure. Most importantly, I've never had anyone work for me who has been more honest, upfront, respectful and trustworthy. I would heartily recommend Coger to anyone. I expect to be hiring them for a much larger project in the near future. The combination of creativity and integrity exemplified in their work is rare and very valuable.

My house wouldn't be the unique and beautiful home it is had it not been for the guys at COGER. Their design is creative and their work is exquisite. I've never worked such such terrifically talented and conscientious home remodeling contractors. I recommend them completely but I want to keep them to myself.
