He listens to the needs and ideas of the client or starts from scratch with professional ideas which the client will enjoy for many years to come. The process starts with a complimentary jobsite introduction touring the area and going over those ideas.The next step is the design phase where those ideas are put on paper to help the client visualize the work to be done.It is important for Kenny’s client to feel comfortable with the suggested ideas and the “why”.Budgets are established based on sq. footages/material costs and plant design.Having a budget range is very helpful in the design process so ideas and costs can be marginalized.
