SMART WAY CLEAN

This review is several months overdue, but I really wanted to get this out.. eventually. On the day I moved into my new apartment, I was disappointed to find it in a much dirtier state than I expected. I did a quick Yelp search and found several cleaning services, but many of them required advance notice or were not able to respond immediately. I really wanted to get a deep cleaning before unpacking, and to my luck, I found Pollyana. I contacted Pollyana, and she had her crew at my apartment in less than one hour. While I was still in the process of moving boxes, three ladies worked meticulously at cleaning my apartment. They spent about 2-3 hours at my ~600 sq ft 1bed/1bath apartment, and they did a fantastic job! They really made my kitchen stove top and bathroom tub look so much nicer. I really appreciated their service on such short notice, and Pollyana was very easy to communicate with via calling and texting. The deep cleaning service cost about $150, and I was really satisfied. I paid cash and also included tip! My only concern is that the smell of the cleaning supplies was REALLY strong. I understand and expect that lots of cleaning supplies, as environmentally friendly as they aspire to be, can still be toxic. However I could feel my airways stinging and had a cat that I was concerned about, so we relocated to the hallway for a couple hours. The smell resolved within a half-day with open windows. I really worried about Pollyana and her crew's lungs... I hope you guys are okay! Overall I would recommend Pollyana and her staff, as they were so accommodating and hard-working. It was also the middle of June in an apartment with no air conditioning, so I was so appreciative of their efforts. Cost was very reasonable (I think cheaper than most other cleaning services), and they did very well!
