The Copper & Silk team are flexible, accommodating, understanding and professional. Their communication is superb, turnaround impressive and items ordered arrive on time, in perfect condition. The team have even called to ask if it's convenient for an item to arrive earlier than scheduled - and if not, they've waited until it was convenient. When we have ordered items, Copper & Silk have also been kind enough to let us use our own fabrics, or we have used fabrics from their extensive range of beautiful materials.

We regularly order bespoke lampshades from Copper and Silk which are of an extremely high quality with a good choice of stylish fabrics and the service is 1st class with deliveries regularly being ahead of or in line with the quoted lead time.
