We interviewed 3 custom patio companies that specialized in automated louvres to be open or completely closed when needed, especially during the hot months. We chose Custom Patio Solutions, not only because they worked within our budget but they were able to incorporate our vision for the final product. Clay Mitchell, sales consultant and designer, made sure that each step of the process was done correctly. He and his crew did excellent work and were careful with protecting the work area. Clay and his office were always available to answer questions and stayed in communication throughout the project. We are delighted with the final product! The louvered patio cover is whisper quiet and creates a beautiful outdoor retreat. You can't go wrong if you choose Custom Patio Solutions.

We are building an outdoor kitchen and needed shades to block the afternoon sun on the west side of the pavilion. Custom Patio Solutions did an excellent job of installing remote control operated shades that can be lowered to block the sun in that area. Clay and his crew are very professional and we are confident that we will be able to enjoy the kitchen a lot more since the shades have been installed.

The work was performed at a very high level from start to finish. Measurements were taken several times to ensure there were not any miscalculations. The screens look great and function very well. The screens operation was explained very clearly and any requests that I had along the way were included without any complaints. I was very pleased from start to finish. Custom Patio solutions installed retractable motorized screens on our patio. We are very pleased with the end product. After the installation of the screens, the owner, Clay Mitchell, made sure that we were totally satisfied with the appearance and functionality of the screens. What was really impressive is the fact that Mr Mitchell returned my calls after the sale and did not rush me off the phone, but patiently answered all my questions. It is very difficult finding honest/reliable contractors nowadays; however, I truly believe we found one in Mr Mitchell of Custom Patio Solutions. I contracted Customer Patio Solution to install retractable patio screens and heaters to turn my patio into an outdoor living space. Clay did an excellent job working with us to identify the right products to meet our needs. The installation team came in and completed the install as expected. I did have a few minor adjustments and I contacted the service department (Harry) and he quickly setup a time and had the issues resolved. Overall, I had a great experience with this company and would highly recommend them for patio screens and heaters!
