There we met Mena and she was very helpful and we toured their showroom and saw other items that we decided to add to our order of Bird of Paradise double entry doors and 10 various interior doors, Kitchen cabinets, Dining cabinets, 3 vanities, crown moldings and dining room table. We hired Pacific Craftworks in 2014 to replace kitchen cupboards and to install teak cabinets, and handcrafted, customized medicine cabinets for a masterbath. We were so satisfied with their excellent cabinets , highly skilled installation and professionalism that we hired them again in 2019 during a second bathroom renovation. The cabinets and mirror we ordered from Pacific Craftworks are all manufactured in VietNam, and shipped within 4 months. The installation was skilled and meticulous.Any problems we had were quickly rectified and we were happy that we chose Pacific Craftworks .

I recently ordered a hand carved door from Mena at Pacific Craftworks, she was very helpful and kept me updated while it was being made and delivered . The result was a very beautiful entry door which has dramatically changed the look of our home. We get so many compliments on our new door and everyone assumes we spent 4 or five times more than we did! Very pleased and highly recommended!

This company followed my very specific dimensions for custom designed cabinetry. All panels were either hand carved or machine detailed. The wood quality was as requested. The stain color on the cabinetry was perfect. They also produced large glass etched panels 3’x 7’ and 5’ x 5’. The glass designs sent to them came back exactly as designed. From our first interview at their shop through design iteration and final shop drawings, Pacific Craftworks team was simply excellent. We hired PCW to supply new kitchen and bathroom cabinets and interior doors for our complete remodel of our Waikiki condo. The cabinets and doors are all custom fabricated and installed by their team. The choice of wood species and finish was excellent, and unusual. They use South East Asian wood species and all boxes, fronts, and doors are hardwood. For our project we used the latest soft-close hardware, magic corner unit, pull-out pantry, custom appliance panels. Their sister company specified, fabricated, and installed the custom quartz countertops. The teams coordinated with our designer and GC to ensure the project moved forward without delays. Their price was very reasonable! (Project cost range listed here is for kitchen & bath cabinets, counters, and interior doors inclusive of installation.)

I want to take the time to provide a review of Pacific Craftworks to describe my experience with this Company and to provide relevant feedback to potential clients who are considering this Company for their home improvement projects. I worked with Mena Hoang, Design Executive, on three different home improvement projects as follows: 1) Nine Interior Wooden Doors; 2) Two Wooden Bathroom Vanities; and 3) One Bird of Paradise Etched Glass Entry Wooden Door. The three separate home projects were completed over a two year period. Working with Mena was a pleasure. She was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very easy to talk with. Mena understood what I wanted to achieve for my home improvement projects and provided excellent suggestions to enhance my overall home improvement objectives. The most important aspect of why I selected Pacific Craftworks were based on three main factors: 1) Quality of the Products; 2) Costs of the Products; and 3) Timeliness and Quality of the Installation Service. It is very difficult to find actual high quality solid wood products and excellent installation services. With Pacific Craftworks, this is all they provide; high quality wood products with exceptional design options whether it be exterior doors, interior doors, bathroom vanities, kitchen cabinets, etc. and quality installation services. The wood products are well designed and sturdy. The cost of the products are very reasonable. In fact, the costs appear lower than expected based on the high quality of the products available. The delivery time does take a few months however, it is well worth the wait for a superior product that will last for years. Once the products are received, the actual installation is seamless. Pacific Craftworks will work around your schedule and will ensure that the actual installation is done right and the product is what you have ordered. I would recommend Pacific Craftworks if you want to purchase high quality products for your home that are made out of actual wood, structurally sound, and very reasonably priced. Also, it does make a difference when you work with highly qualified, knowledgeable and friendly professional staff like everyone at Pacific Craftworks. I have completed three projects with Pacific Craftworks. I think the best complement one can give is repeat service.
