My wife and I highly recommend Joe and his company. Joe and his crew including Dakota were easy to work with and completed a job on installation of a stacked stone horizontal electric fireplace with wood mantel. Joe is personable, not high sales tactics, and involved in the work as a local owner. I would guess most of his jobs are for gas fireplaces, however, if you are looking for an electrical fireplace, Joe can do this as well. Thank you to Joe and his crew as everyone who sees the workmanship is impressed.

Truly commendable experience with Joe and his crew, including his wife in the office from start to finish! Our fireplace was 30+ years old and in dire need of a remodel. Joe came out and took a look at existing fireplace, we discussed what we were looking for as an end result and he walked us through all that would need to be done. Everything was explained in detail and once the estimate was presented, we accepted the quote and were able to move forward very quickly. Joe and his crew were in and out in 3 days from start to finish. Stellar job done by all involved! I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for this type of service! We purchased our gas fire place from Joe in 2014. Although its been very very reliable we've had him service it twice for routine maintenance. Each time we were treated like a brand new customer. Joe and his team are very respectful and open to our needs. They went above and beyond, then what was expected. They were there for the initial sale and long afterward. They are a phone call away and always there to serve their customers. Definitely would highly recommend this company. Best purchase we have ever made.

After a wonderful refabrication of our current family room fireplace, Joe has consulted on our dining room fireplace and clearly laid out our options. 100% satisfaction.

What a great company. Very informative of our needs in replacing our old insert fireplace. Never haggled or tried to sell us something that we didn't need for our space. We have been so impressed by their customer service and speed of installation and instruction on how to operate our new unit. We had a couple of glitches after awhile in getting our new unit to work properly, but Joe and his team were very helpful in solving the issues in a timely fashion.

We had our wood stove replaced with a beautiful gas fireplace in July of 2020. There was demolition and a complete remake of the floor to ceiling brick and mantel. Joe and his team did a phenomenal job with all of this. They were friendly, on time, and quite talented. When we'd make an adjustment during the process, they went with the flow. Joe always answered the phone and went out of his way to make our experience a great one. We have had a full year of use and we absolutely love it!! Joe has pictures of it--ask to see them. There is more I could say about our project, but suffice it to say we are very happy with the work that Custom Fireplace and Chimney Care did for us.

Joe and his team did a fantastic job! They remove an old rusted out wood box and remove the dated brick face. They installed a gas fireplace and beautiful real rock face. The chimney cap was also repaired. My wife and I both love our new fireplace so much we’re going to install a second one. I would recommend Custom Fireplace and Chimney.

We had Joe install a wood insert. Joe was great to work with and very friendly. Joe put the customer first. I would definitely use Joe again for any fire place or chimney car needs.

As the review states our experience with Joe and company was as good as it gets! His company is all about the customer, he doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. His price is better and we felt like we got a great value for the money. Install on our gas insert went flawlessly and was done in 3 hours (1 of which was waiting for the inspector to show up) I would recommend these folks to my best friend with no hesitation.
