We are an established family run Company. We have many years of loft & garage conversion knowledge. During these years myself Andrew Smith (director) has worked at a few loft conversion companies and seen many different approaches, some good some bad! Which is why I started my own company, I knew I could offer a guaranteed 'top service to cost system' that many could not offer. My personal aim is to make sure from start to finish, every detail of the conversion is micromanaged. This approach may seem a little much for some situations, but loft & garage converting or building renovations in general need to be kept on top of. 'Too much is better than not enough'! All the building work will be done by Cutting Edge, so you can avoid a larger company offering the job to some builders they have just met through an advert. Obviously there is nothing wrong with this approach, but you would not want to end up with general builders instead of loft & garage conversion experts!
