As a professional in the building industry, my company, American First Builders Corp., has hired Dale Gardon Design to provide architectural services on multiple luxury homes. Most recently, I contracted with Dale and his team to design a luxury spec home that ranges in value from 9M to 10M. The size is approximately 12000 square feet with endless levels of detail. Given the magnitude of this project, it was imperative that we contracted with an Architect who was most qualified, professional, competitive, and had a passion for his work. Dale Gardon exemplifies all of these characteristics at a professional level as well as a personal level. His attention to detail and commitment to the project is second to none. Dale has an incredible gift of listening to a clients dream and making it reality. In addition, his firm is equipped with state-of-the-art technology that helps convey an idea or concept into reality. As a professional in the building industry, this incredible tool has been very effective for us to fully understand the architecture along with all available options. Along with his knowledge and interest in technology, Dale as a great staff to support his vision and ideas. This has proven to be very helpful when it comes to performance, scheduling and estimating. Outstanding architect. Attention to detail is meticulous. Looks at where the sun rises and falls in all the different seasons. Looks at site lines based on other houses and empty lots. Sense of architectural balance and harmony is extraordinary. Knows his Architectural "stuff' - regardless of the style of the house. Spends time understanding what his client wants - how they live, style they are looking for and etc.. Creates plans that are buildable and works well with builders, so that the architecture and build are seamless. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others. His work is of the highest quality and he is easy to get along with.

Dale and his firm did excellent work. He was responsive to our needs and very creative. Whenever my wife or I had a suggestion, he'd say "Let me think about that", then he'd address the concern behind our suggestion with a solution far better than we could have imagined. Dale was highly committed to our project. We even travelled together to Santa Barbara to learn the characteristics of Spanish colonial architecture before we started. The final product speaks for itself. We often hear comments like "Your house is our favorite in Silverleaf". I'd hire Dale Gardon again in a second.

Dale designed our home in Scottsdale. It is spectacular! The homes site was a very severe hill side lot. The home is visible for several miles. I have pride every time I look at it. Plus the house lives very well. Dale was great for my wife and I to work with, he listened to us and designed exactly what we wanted. I would use Dale again.

We interviewed 5 different builders when we were going through the normal homebuilding vetting process. The only name that came up in all 5 builder interviews regarding preferred architects was Dale Gardon. We found Dale to be incredibly talented but perhaps more importantly honest. He listened intently to our ideas but he also let us know if some of our ideas missed the mark. In other words, he was respectful but he made sure that the project would be a success.

As an Interior Designer, working with Dale Garden Design was a pleasure. He and his associates are very professional, knowledgeable, creative and consider their clients satisfaction their ideal outcome.
